When it comes to teaching and coaching My Philosophy is simple: Provide athletes with professional, educated recipes for success to surpass their goals. Considering every aspect of the athlete’s life is of utmost importance in my teaching and coaching. My ambition is to challenge and support an individual in a way that promotes long term physical, psychological, and spiritual growth.

Over the last 25 years being involved with endurance sports, coaching and teaching I realized that it has become a large part of my lifestyle. I’m not sure whether I chose it, or it chose me but I do know that I thoroughly enjoy it! I have also realized that many of you out there can learn from my experience, and mistakes!

During my life time involvement in sport and competition I have learned from tremendous people, experiences, and relationships. Combine these experiences with my education and I have a wealth of information to share with others. Through coaching, teaching and speaking I have created an avenue of learning for people who choose to incorporate endurance sports and especially triathlon into their life.

If I can help you or answer any questions please don’t be afraid to contact me. Enjoy your endurance journeys!
