Enduring Plans

As the sport of triathlon, and it’s participants, have evolved over the years it’s always been a goal of ours to keep up with the demand and needs of the sport but mainly it’s athletes. We have seen the change and we believe there are a large amount of athletes that prefer a self-guided approach (with a little nudge) to their performance goals. That is the genesis of our new “Enduring Ironman & 70.3 Program”. We believe this program not only provides the foundation of racing success with a proven training methodology but it also allows athletes an opportunity for self-exploration. Within this opportunity we are providing an online community through our closed Facebook Group where you can ask questions that our coaches will monitor and provide feedback, but also where you can share your experience in an overall very effective platform.

We hope you enjoy the training process of our “Enduring Program”, and welcome to the Train To Endure community.
